Where we ship

TORILUA ships to addresses in the United States only. Our kids' and baby clothing, accessories, and essentials are sourced from wholesalers in Korea and received at our location in Los Angeles, California, where each order is checked, packed, and shipped.

Shipping cost

Orders under $70.00: $8.00 standard shipping
Orders of $70.00 or more: free standard shipping

The $70.00 threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order preparation

Please allow about 1–2 weeks for order preparation. During this time your items arrive in Los Angeles from our suppliers and are checked and packed. This is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

Delivery after shipping

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days. Most orders arrive about 2–3 weeks after they are placed. If your order is running later than expected, we will email you an updated estimate. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.
